12 week boxing course welcoming people of all levels, whether you’re a complete beginner or someone looking to refine the basics.

 

We’re looking for 20 people who are keen to develop and learn a skill that will take them all the way through the basics up to sparring, if wanted. Our two coaches are passionate about boxing and believe it’s one of the best ways to develop fitness, coordination, confidence, discipline and resilience whilst doing something you enjoy. 


When you join you will become part of a group that works, trains and develops boxing skills together in a controlled and safe environment. The course comes with a starter pack that has everything that you’ll need for the course including; boxing gloves, boxing pads, hand-wraps, gum-shield and a skipping rope.

 

The course will also include mid-week check-ins from our coaches to optimise your progress and to answer any of your queries. The boxing camp is open to anyone aged 18 years or over.


Classes are being held at brand new top of the range facility, Zone Fitness, which is able to accommodate large groups in a fantastic training environment.

What is the boxing camp?

When:

Saturdays starting 25th September, 11.30am to 1.00pm

Zone Members:

Members will also save £50, with an exclusive price of £250 for an intense 12 week boxing camp. 

 

How much does it cost?

  • £250 for Zone members.

  • £300 for non-Zone Members. 

 

What are the key timings:​

  • Monday 20th September - successful applicants will be contacted via email and payment will be due. There will be an in-person meet and greet at Zone Fitness. A zoom link will also be made available. 

  • Thursday 23rd September - all monies to be paid for the course and Health/Suitability questionnaire to be completed.

  • Saturday 25th September - Boxing camp starts!

What happens if I miss a session or can’t make some of the sessions?

There will be three drop-in sessions throughout the course so if you can’t make every session, you won’t miss out. The drop-in sessions will be provided on dates at the Coach’s discretion.

 

What can you expect from us?

Our undivided attention to you developing your boxing skills. We’ll teach you everything you need to know and more and you’ll have a great time doing it.

What we expect from you?

Punctuality, mutual respect between coaches and the team. Boxing is an individual sport but we’re working as one team. Help us to work in a controlled and safe environment with zero tolerance to any discrimination.

Lastly, we want your full commitment to the course to make as many dates as you can. Like life; the more you put in to it, the more you get out of it.
